All of the Balmer Lawn Hotel’s Covid-safe protocols are realised in such a way as to make guests feel comfortable and safe throughout. Each guest receives a pre-stay call to get up to date with new safety measures, and to make payments in advance, ensuring a safer, no-contact check-in. Cleaning is thorough but undertaken in such a way as to minimise any impact on guests.
The two AA-rosette Beresfords Restaurant has maintained its renowned big flavours, each dish always strikingly well-presented, and the charming service now spreads across three dining areas and a further two delightful terraces to give guests a little more space with which to maintain social distancing. A new outdoor lodge and pizza oven add a little spice to al fresco lunches, with superb views of the countryside elevated by the crisp New Forest air. As with the restaurant, the full-service Saltus Spa is open, but you’ll need to book before arrival to ensure that your treatments can be accommodated.
