Hotel Brooklyn marries a striking visual aesthetic — channelling New York in Leicester — to an impeccable eye for accessibility, with every moment of the guest journey mapped out to be inclusive and welcoming to every guest. The restaurant also serves afternoon tea with sliders and bagels in place of the usual sandwiches (though a classic afternoon tea is available if you prefer). There’s a full vegan menu, a tapas menu for light bites and an extensive cocktail menu. Hotel Brooklyn is exceptionally well-placed for rugby lovers, with the Leicester Tigers home stadium accessible by a bridge from the hotel, as well as sights such as the Leicester Museum and Art Gallery.
