FAQs
What is RightRooms?
RightRooms creates a detailed, structured profile of your hotel — capturing hundreds of features that standard listings miss. These profiles sit in our searchable library, powering AI-driven hotel discovery based on the specific things guests are looking for.
Your profile also becomes a valuable internal reference for your team — whether or not you choose to go public.
Is this a booking site?
No. We don’t take bookings or display availability. We don’t send traffic. We structure hotel data in a way that makes it easier for AI to surface your property in searches where detail matters.
Who uses the profile?
Your profile is primarily used by AI systems to understand your hotel in detail and match it to specific guest searches.
The guest doesn’t browse the profile directly, but AI uses it to recommend or surface your hotel when someone searches for details like “a hotel with minimalist decor and blackout blinds.”
Inside your hotel, the profile is a resource for:
- Front desk and reservations staff, answering guest questions more confidently
- Marketing teams, who use it to clarify and showcase what sets your hotel apart
- Management, to align teams on what’s offered and update guest-facing content
While a guest may occasionally come across your profile, its core purpose is as a structured data asset — not a public listing.
Do I have to list publicly?
No. Some hotels choose to only create a private profile, giving them a structured reference for their own team — without being shown to guests.
You can upgrade to a public listing at any time, but even a private profile adds value in staff training, communications, and guest service.
What do I need to do?
We send you our onboarding tool. We’ll turn your answers into a feature-rich profile covering 1,000+ possible features — usually resulting in 400+ tagged items. We’ll send it to you to review and approve.
What can I do with the profile?
Hotels use it to:
- Help staff answer guest questions confidently
- Align teams on what the hotel offers
- Support web, brochure, and sales copy
- Track, clarify, or benchmark your offering across departments or properties
Can I update the profile later?
Yes. You’ll always have access to request changes or corrections.
What does it cost?
You can choose from two options:
- Private reference listing – $600/year
- Structured feature inventory
- Internal reference profile (not published)
- Upgrade anytime to a public listing
- Public listing – average $1225 onboarding (inventory dependent) + $350/year hosting
- Everything in the reference profile
- Profile designed for AI search
- White-labelled profile for your site
Are there any commissions?

Can I switch from private to public later?
Yes you can upgrade at any time
Who sees my data?
Only you, unless you choose to go public. We don’t share, sell, or syndicate your data without your consent.
What if I don’t renew?
You keep your profile as a reference, and you can come back anytime.
