What is RightRooms?
RightRooms builds the confirmed, structured feature data for your hotel: the operational detail a standard listing never holds, verified with the hotel and structured so it can be read accurately. That data is the asset. Everything that answers a guest draws from it, from your own team to the AI systems at the edge
Why does RightRooms matter for my hotel?
The detail that decides whether a hotel suits a guest is rarely structured anywhere. RightRooms collects and confirms it, then it radiates outward: your front desk and reservations team answer with confidence, your advisors and own channels draw on it, and the schema, agents and AI assistants further out can read it too. We do not promise an assistant will find your hotel. We make the data readable so that wherever the question lands, the answer is accurate and sourced.
How do guests or AI know the features on RightRooms are accurate?
Every feature is confirmed by the hotel. We ask about precise operational detail and structure only what the hotel confirms, including, where it matters, what a hotel does not have. Confirmation is what makes the data something any layer that reads it can rely on.
Is this a booking site?
No. We do not take bookings, show availability or send traffic. We build the confirmed, structured data layer underneath the hotel: the layer your own channels, the protocols forming around them such as MCP, and the AI systems at the edge all read.
Who uses the profile?
The confirmed data is read first by your own people, front desk, reservations and advisors, then by your channels, and at the edge by the AI systems matching a hotel to a specific guest need.
While a guest may occasionally come across your profile, its core purpose is as a structured data asset, not a public listing.
What do I need to do?
We send you our onboarding tool. It asks across around 800 features per hotel; you confirm the ones that apply. We turn your answers into a schema-ready profile and send it to you to review and approve.
Can I update the profile later?
Yes. You’ll always have access to request changes or corrections. We update your profile too with new features we discover guests are looking for.
