Travellers increasingly start with an AI assistant rather than a search box, and an assistant does not read a hotel page the way a guest does: it reads structured data. But the assistants are only the visible edge. The same confirmed data answers a guest wherever the question lands: a receptionist or travel advisor reading the profile, a hotel’s own assistant, the MCP pipelines now forming to hand structured data to AI agents, and the AI assistants at the far edge. That far edge is the most visible layer and the least predictable. The data underneath is the constant that feeds all of them.


RightRooms builds that layer. We collect and verify a hotel’s features, one by one, and structure them so any of those systems can read them accurately.


The questionnaire asks across around 800 features per hotel through one structured intake, with a working tier gate-tested for how AI actually retrieves them. Each hotel confirms the features that apply to it. The differentiator is confirmation: without data the hotel has confirmed, none of those layers has anything reliable to read. Every layer outward, the schema, the Q&As, the answer a guest finally sees, draws from this one.

Hotels confirm every feature we hold. We ask about precise operational detail and structure only what the hotel has confirmed, including, where it matters, what a hotel does not have.

The data is built once and maintained. Marketing copy is rewritten every season; confirmed structured data compounds in value as the channel matures. It is infrastructure underneath the brand, not a campaign.
