Guests in need of an accessible hotel on the Riviera Maya have a choice of rooms at the Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen: including the Preferred Club Superior Junior Suite, the Double Ocean Rooms, and the double and junior Suite tropical view rooms. Avoid the Preferred Club Swim Out room if stairs present an issue, as the swim-out access is via stairs. The resort is committed to its adults-only ethos and doesn’t currently offer any connecting rooms, though some of the suites can host three or more adults for those travelling in a group.
