Vegan menu choices

Traveling as a vegan used to mean planning ahead, packing snacks, and hoping for at least one plant-based option on the menu. Thankfully, times are changing. Many hotels now proudly cater to vegan guests with thoughtfully designed menus that go beyond salads and sides. Some of our community need vegan choices for ethical and/ or environmental reasons while others value the guarantee to remain with their religious or cultural rules.
